A bureau exists to bring order to something otherwise left to chance. This one does that for introductions — keeping a careful sense of who fits whom across markets, and making each connection with the deliberateness the stakes deserve.

There is no throughput to chase here. Each introduction is considered, private, and made because it genuinely serves both sides. What the principals do with it afterward is theirs alone.
